Conversations 对话:
Mom: Come on, Sweetie. Step on the scale.
Girl: Oh my goodness! I've gained 5 kilograms in a month. I think I feel like a huge marshmallow!

Fatty，通常是称呼比较胖的人，含贬义。
小孩子一点婴儿肥显得很可爱，长的太胖就成肥胖症(obesity)了.
chubby, plump都是脂胖乎乎的。
这段话的意思是：
母亲：来吧，宝贝，站在体重秤上。
女儿：我的天哪！我这个月又长了5公斤。我觉得我像一个巨大的棉花糖一样。
母亲：是啊，你确是长了几公斤。有时会这样，没关系的。

Useful Expressions 活学活用:

- I need some exercise to lose weight. 我需要运动来减肥。
