Little Critter sleeps over
小毛怪夜宿记
I am going to sleep over at my friend’s house. His house is big.
Someone in funny clothes opens the door. I see my friend.
我要去好朋友家过夜了。他的家很大。
有个穿着很怪的人打开了们。我看见了我的朋友。
I say good-bye to Mom.
I say hello to my friend’s pool.
我和妈妈说再见。
我和朋友家的泳池问好。
We splash.
We swim.
We paddle.
We float.

我们漂浮。
We hit the ball over the net. Sometimes we hit the ball too hard.
We play hide and seek for a long, long time.
我们把球打过网。有的时候我们又打得太用力了。
我们玩儿了很久很久的捉迷藏。
Then we go inside. My friend has all of the Bozo Builder set.
He has a train that can loop around and go fast.
之后我们进屋了。我朋友拿出了Bozo建筑的玩具套装。
他有一个可以绕圈，跑得还很快的小火车。
His bear is big – bigger than my bear.
But his dog is small. His dog is named Froo- Froo.
他的玩具熊很大 – 比我的玩具熊大。
但是他家的狗狗并不大。他家狗狗叫Froo- Froo。
It is time for dinner. The napkin looks like a hat. I put it on my head.
After dinner we watch TV. My friend has a TV in his room.
晚餐时间到了。围嘴看起来像顶帽子。我把围嘴放到了头上。
晚餐后我们一起看电视。我好朋友自己的屋子里有个电视。
It is time for bed.
We turn out the light. It is dark – darker than my room.
I pretend that I am at home. I hug my bear.

The next day we play with the hose. Froo- Froo likes the hose, too.
No, Froo- Froo! Come back!

We run.
We dive.
We jump.
We climb.
Got you!
我们跑。

It is time to go home. I call Mom.
I say good-bye to my friend.

Sleeps over are fun. But home is best.
夜宿朋友家很有意思。但是家才是最好的地方。
